Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a Krystal Shift Lead to guide daily restaurant operations, train and coach team members, and model Krystal’s core values.

You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure food safety, and support sales initiatives, while handling cash/control procedures and labor management.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with opportunities for career growth within Refuel’s expanding network.

Job Title: Krystal Shift Lead

Reports To: Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hourly

Role Type: Full-time

Working Hours: This position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Weekly hours will vary depending on business needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values while training, coaching, and recognizing team members


• Support performance management processes to ensure accountability and development

Education And Experience

An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.


• Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.


• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

Working Environment And Physical Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply


• Maintains Food Handlers and Food Safety Certification as required by Refuel.


• Must be able to stand during the entire work shift.


• Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.


• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.


• Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.


• Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows.

Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%
