Job summary

PacAero seeks a Kryoflex Lab Technician I to prepare ceramic powders for preforms and to perform final inspections of Kryoflex preforms. The role requires basic measurement skills, reading blueprints, and microscope use.

Training starts with 6am–2:30pm Mon–Fri for 1–2 months, then Fri–Sun shifts 5am–5:30pm with a weekend differential. Expect to follow safety rules, operate ovens, scales, and precision measuring tools, and maintain clean, compliant work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic reading of engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to use microscopes and measuring tools accurately.
• Willingness to handle hazardous materials under controlled conditions.
• Good computer skills and basic data recording.
