Job summary

Qualifications

Experience with Workforce Dimensions Scheduling and WFC/WFD.
Hands-on Kronos WFC/WFD implementation, development and support.
Functional Kronos WFD scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance
Experience with WIM interfaces and middle layers like Dell Boomi.

Responsibilities

Develop project timelines and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints, and phases.
Support development, integration, and customization of enterprise packages per requirements.
Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
