Role: Kronos UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Description:

1. Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements is preferred over just Workforce Central experience.
2. 15+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central, and/or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
3. Ability to configure UDM/WDM servers and assist clients in deploying UKG clocks (4500 and InTouch 9000/9100/DX terminals).
4. Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, and Analytics.
5. Experience with UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules.
6. Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules is a plus.
7. Experience developing or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
8. Understanding of the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and support.
9. Excellent consultative and communication skills for interacting with business users and management.
10. Ability to work in complex technology environments involving multiple products and legacy system integration.
11. Willingness to travel as needed.
12. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual salary ranges from $112,500 to $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
