Qualifications

4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on native mobile experience, Android with Kotlin and Jetpack; iOS/Swift welcome.
Some production experience outside mobile (backend services, APIs, web).
Solid engineering fundamentals: design, testing, debugging.
Comfortable using AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude).
Ability to commit to 40 hours/week.
Clear communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and ship features for native mobile apps (Android in Kotlin).
Contribute to backend services, APIs, and web applications as needed.
Use AI-powered developer tools to accelerate work and maintain quality.
Engage in technical design, code reviews, and production support.
Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and partner engineering teams; mentor peers.
