Qualifications

• 7+ лет разработки на JVM, предпочтительно с Kotlin
• Знание подходов к проблемам производительности JVM и PostgreSQL
• Опыт построения и сопровождения SaaS-сервисов в распределённых, многоарендных окружениях
• Опыт работы со стеком DevOps: Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
• Опыт работы с протоколами идентификации OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0 или SCIM 2.0 будет плюсом

Responsibilities

• Владение полным SDLC: кодовая база, архитектура и операции
• Поддержка и развитие сервисов на Kotlin и Go, обеспечение надёжности и производительности
• Проектирование и внедрение фич в областях идентификации, организаций, членства, групп и рабочих пространств
• Ревью и интеграция PR-ов от других команд платформы
• Управление интеграциями с другими компонентами платформы JCP и смежными приложениями

JetBrains creates developer tools and is evolving toward a unified, AI-native platform for software development. The JetBrains Platform team is building a foundation that connects developer workflows, team collaboration, and organizational control, with identity management and access services supporting authentication and authorization across JetBrains products.

Задачи:

Own the entire SDLC, including the codebase, architecture, and operations.
Maintain and evolve services in Kotlin and Go, ensuring reliability and performance as the platform grows.
Design and implement features across identity, organization, membership, group, and workspace domains.
Review and integrate PRs from other platform teams.
Manage integrations with other JCP platform components and connected applications.

Требования:

7+ Years of JVM development experience, preferably with Kotlin
Knowledge of approaches to JVM and Postgres performance problems
Experience building and operating SaaS production services in distributed, multi-tenant environments
Ability to work with a modern DevOps stack: K8S, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana
Track record of taking over and improving existing production services
Будет плюсом: experience with identity management protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, or SCIM 2.0, designing and evolving domain models for organizational or identity systems, cybersecurity experience including risk estimation, recognizing common vulnerability antipatterns, and promoting best SSDLC practices, hands-on experience with Go
