Responsibilities

• Oversee daily setup, breakdown, cleaning, and organization of the sandwich bar.
• Manage inventory levels and communicate low-stock items.
• Deliver excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Train or supervise additional staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with DOH guidelines and food safety procedures.
• Work effectively during peak hours and maintain consistent quality.
• Follow management checklists and station protocols.
