Lions Gate CCRC in Voorhees, NJ is seeking an entry-level Dining staff member for full-time positions in our resident dining services. You will supervise front-of-house operations, train new staff, and ensure a smooth dining experience for residents while upholding Kosher dietary requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates with staff in resident dining services.
• Assigns and monitors opening, running and closing side works for front of house staff.
• Assists in training new staff with the assistant restaurant manager.
• Handles immediate resident concerns and requests.
• Promotes an enjoyable dining experience through professional rapport with residents.
• Assists in running, serving, delivering food and expediting orders.
• Enforces department uniforms.
• May assist in hiring and scheduling front-of-house staff.
• Prepares menus and culinary communications for posting.
• Completes opening and closing reports.
• Maintains Kosher dietary standards in the community.
