Qualifications

Terminal degree in theology or missiology or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to propose a class aligning with program outcomes for ministry leaders.
Experience with online and/or hybrid teaching.
Affiliate faculty will not exceed 39 hours of work in one week or 8 hours of work in one day.
Must provide own laptop for work.

Responsibilities

Teach face-to-face, online synchronous, hybrid, or online asynchronous courses assigned by Program Chairs.
Preparing syllabus and teaching curriculum according to department goals.
Build and maintain Canvas course shells for student accessibility.
Provide a learning environment that supports student success.
Maintain virtual office hours and mentor students beyond the classroom.
Deliver final grades in accordance with the academic calendar.
Enforce student conduct policies as outlined in the student handbook.
Remain current with trends in distance learning and theological education.
