Bank of America Corporation is seeking a client‑centered associate to serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncovering personal banking needs and connecting them with specialists.

You will support self‑service transactions, provide exceptional client care, and deepen relationships through platform services with proactive follow‑ups. A notary commission is required or will be pursued after joining.

Formación

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented, client‑centric environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; confident engaging clients in‑person and by phone.
• Commissioned notary or ability to obtain notary commission within a few months, per location.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
