Job summary

Cesna Recruitment is seeking a driven professional for customer account management, focused on sales and marketing within the Automotive Aftermarket. The role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and requires self-motivation and strong industry experience.

The ideal candidate will manage current customers, drive new business, perform financial analyses, and lead program management before Start of Production, while ensuring receivables are collected and market intelligence is leveraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or Business Management.
• 4–5 years of customer account management experience in Automotive Aftermarket (preferred).
• Sales/Marketing & Market Research experience.
• Program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities with current customers.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to acquire new customers.
• Perform financial analysis for new and existing business.
• Handle program management responsibilities before Start of Production.
• Oversee accounts receivable and collections.
• Conduct market intelligence research for the automotive aftermarket.
• Develop annual and long-term sales plans.
