Job summary

University of Texas at Austin's School of Nursing seeks a Research Interventionist (Korean-speaking RN) to support a web-app based physical activity study on UT Main Campus. Work under Dr. Wonshik Chee and conduct weekly interventions with participants via chat in Korean or English.

Responsibilities include maintaining a research diary, coordinating with PI and staff, and assisting with recruitment. Requires current U.S. RN licensure and bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Korean and English, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Zoom, MS Office and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work varying hours across time zones

Responsibilities

• Weekly interventions with participants via chat in Korean or English
• Maintain a research diary and coordinate participant payments and Fitbit distribution
• Coordinate with PI, coordinator, and peer interventionists; assist recruitment
