Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Research Interventionist (Korean-speaking RN) for the School of Nursing. This part-time role supports a web-app based physical activity program, under the supervision of Dr. Wonshik Chee.

Hours are 10 per week with remote interviews via chat or video call. Responsibilities include weekly interventions in Korean or English, maintaining a study diary, coordinating payments and Fitbit distribution, and assisting with recruitment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the U.S.
• Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Zoom, MS Office, and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to accommodate participants' schedules across time zones

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly interventions with participants via chat in Korean or English.
• Maintain a research diary and manage participant payments and Fitbit distribution.
• Coordinate with the PI, Coordinator, and peer interventionists.
• Engage in recruitment activities for the study.
