Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin’s School of Nursing is seeking a part-time Research Interventionist (Korean-speaking RN) to perform weekly intervention duties supporting a web-app based physical activity study. This non-exempt, 10 hours per week role starts immediately on UT’s main campus.

Responsibilities include weekly interventions in Korean or English via chat, diary maintenance, participant payments coordination, and collaboration with the PI and study team.

Qualifications

• RN license in the U.S. is required.
• Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Basic proficiency with Zoom, MS Office, and Microsoft Teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Weekly interventions with participants via chat in Simplified Korean or English.
• Maintain a research diary and coordinate participant payments and Fitbit distribution.
• Coordinate with the PI, Coordinator, and peer interventionists; support recruitment activities.
