Job summary

University of Texas at Austin's School of Nursing seeks a part-time Research Interventionist (Korean-speaking RN) to perform weekly intervention duties supporting a web-app based physical activity study. Under supervision of Dr.

Wonshik Chee, you will conduct interventions via chat in Korean or English, maintain a research diary, coordinate participant payments and Fitbit distribution, and liaise with the PI, coordinator, and peer interventionists.

Qualifications

• RN license current in the U.S.
• Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Zoom, MS Office, and Teams
• Ability to work to participants' schedules across time zones

Responsibilities

• Weekly interventions conducted with participants via chat in Simplified Korean or English.
• Maintain a research diary and manage communications for participant payments and Fitbit distribution; coordinate with PI, Coordinator and peers.
• Engage in recruitment activities to support the study.
