Job summary

DK Law seeks a relationship-driven, bilingual Korean-English Recruiter to attract Korean-speaking professionals across Orange County and Greater Los Angeles. You will lead grassroots sourcing within administrative, legal support, client services, and professional roles, building trusted community relationships.

We are looking for a relationship-driven Bilingual Korean-English Recruiter to help us attract talented professionals and strengthen DK Law’s visibility within Korean-speaking communities across Orange County and Greater Los Angeles.

About the Role

This role will lead grassroots recruiting and community-based sourcing for Korean-speaking talent across administrative, legal support, client service, and professional roles. You will partner with our Talent Acquisition team to build trusted community relationships, create sustainable candidate pipelines, and deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first contact through hire.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute grassroots recruiting strategies to attract Korean-speaking candidates.
  • Build relationships with Korean-speaking professional groups, universities, alumni networks, community organizations, churches, cultural groups, local businesses, and workforce programs.
  • Represent DK Law at career fairs, networking events, cultural events, and community outreach opportunities, including occasional events outside standard business hours.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, social media, direct outreach, and community networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews in Korean and English.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support effective recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and help ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Track sourcing activity, outreach efforts, community partnerships, candidate engagement, interviews, offers, and hires in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support reference checks, pre-employment documentation, onboarding coordination, and recruiting compliance as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Professional fluency in Korean and English, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience engaging Korean-speaking communities in Orange County, Los Angeles, or surrounding areas through recruiting, outreach, business development, or community partnerships.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, community outreach, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings, candidate pipelines, outreach initiatives, and community partnerships at the same time.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally and attend occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend recruiting events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Legal industry recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
