You will work three days on-site with clustered routes to minimize travel, and two days in Irvine HQ for administration. CA NP and RN licenses, furnishing license, NPI/DEA/BLS, EMR proficiency, and Korean/English fluency are required.

Role Overview

We’re seeking Primary Care NPs to provide on-site care to Assisted Living/RCFE residents across our partner communities. This role offers steady, predictable patient volume and the opportunity to deliver high-quality care directly where seniors live.

What You’ll Do

• Routine & urgent assessments; chronic disease management
• Post-discharge follow-ups, med reconciliation, labs/diagnostics
• Coordinate with facility staff, specialists, families/POAs
• Same-day documentation; CMS/regulatory compliance

Schedule & Setting

Full-time position with a structured weekday schedule. You'll spend 3 days delivering on-site care with strategically clustered routes designed to minimize travel and maximize time with patients. The remaining 2 days are in-office at our Irvine headquarters for administrative and documentation tasks.

• Active CA NP & RN licenses; active furnishing license; NPI, DEA, BLS
• Geriatrics or facility-based experience preferred; EMR proficiency
• Fluent in Korean and English (required)

Compensation

• Annual compensation range: $140,000–$160,000 (based on experience, schedule, and patient volume)
• Additional earning opportunities available based on coverage and panel needs
• W-2 with full benefits available; mileage reimbursed per policy
