Job summary

AllCare.ai is seeking Primary Care NPs to provide on-site care to Assisted Living/RCFE residents across partner communities in California. You will deliver coordinated, high-quality care where seniors live, with a steady patient volume and structured weekday schedule.

The role combines on-site visits three days a week with two days at Irvine headquarters for administrative tasks. Active CA NP and RN licenses, NPI/DEA/BLS, and EMR proficiency are required, geriatrics experience preferred.

Role Overview

Schedule & Setting

Full-time position with a structured weekday schedule. You'll spend 3 days delivering on-site care with strategically clustered routes designed to minimize travel and maximize time with patients. The remaining 2 days are in-office at our Irvine headquarters for administrative and documentation tasks.

Qualifications

• Active CA NP & RN licenses; active furnishing license; NPI, DEA, BLS
• Geriatrics or facility-based experience preferred; EMR proficiency

Compensation

• Annual compensation range: $140,000-$160,000 (based on experience, schedule, and patient volume)
• Additional earning opportunities available based on coverage and panel needs
• W-2 with full benefits available; mileage reimbursed per policy
