Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care, based in Sacramento, is seeking caring HCA caregivers to join our team. You will provide compassionate in-home care to seniors, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship, in clients' homes across the Sacramento area.

We value reliability, punctuality, and strong communication. Must be a registered HCA in California, bilingual (English/Korean), with a recent TB test and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with the California Department of Social Services.
• Must be bilingual (English and Korean).
• Valid TB test (within the last 24 months).
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred. Strong communication and compassionate approach with clients, families, and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to support emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document client progress and report changes to supervisors as needed.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids; provide companionship and a safe, caring atmosphere.

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
