Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Sacramento, CA is seeking dedicated HCA caregivers to join our team. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support seniors in their homes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.

• Monitor progress and report changes to supervisors as needed.
• Offer companionship and support transfers or mobility aids when required.

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care, based in Sacramento, is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking dedicated and caring HCA (Home Care Aide) caregivers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document client’s progress, any changes in condition, and report to supervisors as necessary.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids as needed.
• Offer companionship and ensure a positive, safe, and caring environment for each client.

Qualifications:

• Must be a current Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with the California Department of Social Services.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, family members, and team members.
