Qualifications

• Native Korean speaker with full command of Hangul.
• Experience in bilingual transcription, translation, or AI training data is a plus.
• Character-level accuracy is critical; a single incorrect jamo is a defect.
• Apply a consistent taxonomy across pages; avoid improvisation.

Responsibilities

• Open and verify pages are Korean, legible, with content; exclude personal data.
• Annotate structure: bound each region, assign a type, and reading order.
• Record relationships: link regions to parent figures/tables.
• Transcribe faithfully in Hangul, flag illegible areas.
• Capture page metadata: language, type, source, dimensions, and handwriting flags.
• Review a colleague's work: second Korean expert review.
