Job summary

Stampin' Up! is seeking a Korean Marketplace Representative to act as the in-market liaison for Coupang and other SK e-commerce channels.

The contractor will localize listings, manage marketplace activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide market insights. Remote work is offered with preference for candidates in Korea; 20–30 hours per week, initial six-month contract with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English
• Direct experience with Coupang or major SK marketplaces
• Knowledge of SK e-commerce operations and compliance

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Stampin' Up! and Coupang/local partners
• Localize product listings, branding, promotions, and customer materials for SK market
• Ensure labeling and packaging comply with SK regulations and marketplace rules
• Set up and manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and advertising on marketplace platforms
• Monitor marketplace performance, feedback, competitors, and trends; provide insights
• Coordinate with inventory, replenishment, returns, and operations with internal teams
• Troubleshoot issues related to inventory, account health, fulfillment, and fees
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and growth in Korea
