Responsibilities

  • Prepare Korean cuisine dishes according to established procedures/recipes.
  • Determine production levels and requisition supplies accordingly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper temperature of food products.
  • Assist executive and production chefs as needed.
  • Delegate production tasks to kitchen staff as appropriate.
  • Ensure HACCP procedures are followed and paperwork completed.
