Job description

Korean Bilingual Telematics Validation Engineer(Entry level)

The Opportunity:

Driving better future mobility

A leading provider of core components for global car manufacturers, VS Company is supporting the emerging trend of the vehicle industry.

As the Validation Engineer, you will:

  • Perform validation for telematics products using test benches and vehicles
  • Execute basic sanity tests, address customer issues, update specifications, and develop full test cases for assigned sections
  • Analyze test results to ensure products meet specifications
  • Create and maintain test cases according to product specifications
  • Use tracking systems to report and track product defects
  • Set up test benches and perform software updates
  • Conduct field tests and joint tests with OEMs
  • Support OEM activities such as flashing modules, configuring environments, and supporting drive tests
  • Maintain communication with overseas counterparts to share information and resolve issues
  • Assist in resolving technical issues
  • Coordinate with R&D teams across regions including North America and Korea
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Capability to sit in or drive a test vehicle for up to 3 hours
  • Knowledge of test bench and vehicle setup, in-car infotainment systems, and vehicle communication protocols
  • Ability to analyze test results and create structured test cases
  • Experience with bug tracking systems
  • Willingness to learn new software and hardware tools
  • Ability to work across multiple disciplines (systems, embedded, server, wireless)
  • Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
