Job summary

Cesna Recruitment is seeking a Korean bilingual Production Engineer for an onsite role in Kyle, Texas. The ideal candidate will oversee chemical production processes, manage safety stock, and ensure on-time delivery of products while maintaining strict quality standards.

The position requires a chemical engineering or chemistry background, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Draw up production and project schedules.
• Supervise production processes, ensuring quality work is safe and efficient.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed.
• Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
• Analyze all facets of production and make recommendations for improvement.
• Train, supervise, and manage production operators.
• Establish safety production procedures and protocols prioritizing worker wellbeing.
• Review and draft documents prepared during production operation as necessary.
• Follow company regulations and safety policies to prevent injury and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Respond to alarms and safety signals to prevent accidents.
• Regulate or turn off machines in emergencies and follow instructions quickly.
• Identify damages or defects of chemical processing machinery and report to management.
• Assist in improving processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to complete the production process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Draw up production and project schedules
• Supervise the production processes, ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner

• Regulate or turn off machines in emergency situations and follow all instructions quickly and precisely
• Identify damages or defects of chemical processing machinery daily, make note of any instances and report them to management staff
• Assist in improving processes and product quality
• Work with other team members to complete the production process

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
• Understanding of chemical process
• Proficiency in MS Office
