Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Data entry and management in SAP/ERP for inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
• Logistics: sign drivers in/out, direct to loading/unloading bays, maintain vehicle activity logs.
• Verify incoming and outgoing paperwork (bills of lading, packing slips, etc.).
• Assist monthly inventory counts and invoicing based on inventory/shipment data.
• Maintain door assignments, oversee trailer yard inventory, and reconcile shipments with packing slips.
• Provide customer service to internal/external stakeholders regarding shipment status and inventory issues.
• Perform clerical tasks (filing, data entry, document organization) to support warehouse operations.
• Assist with additional tasks or urgent projects as needed.
