Job summary

LG H&H USA is seeking a Korean-Bilingual Accounts Receivable Manager in California to oversee AR operations, collections, deductions, and cash application for the US affiliates. The role partners with Sales, Customer Operations, and Finance to improve working capital and internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in AR/credit, 2+ years of management, Korean bilingual skills, and experience in consumer products. Hybrid work and a $95k–$120k salary are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounts receivable, credit, collections, or accounting experience.
• 2+ years of management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Korean bilingual required due to regular correspondence with Korean HQ.
• Experience in consumer products, beauty, retail, wholesale, or related industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, cash application, credit management, and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AR operations including invoicing, payments, credits, and adjustments.
• Oversee collections and monitor aging to improve cash flow.
• Lead deduction management and resolve disputes with Sales and Customer Service.
• Monitor AR aging reports and report to Finance leadership on risks and trends.
• Manage credit reviews, limits, and account maintenance with business growth in mind.
• Oversee cash application and ensure accurate reconciliation of payments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve customer issues and maintain relations.
• Prepare monthly AR reconciliations and support close processes.
• Analyze payment trends and performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Develop AR reporting, dashboards, and working capital metrics.
