Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Experience with healthcareregistration or front-office operations preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, FDCPA and other privacy regulations helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Process patient registrations and verify health plan coverage.
• Document patient demographics and health plan information accurately.
• Verify eligibility and obtain required authorizations.
• Coordinate with physicians and payers for follow-ups.
