Early Talent at Kohler

Kohler's Early Talent internship programs are designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience that drives real business impact. They are supported through intentional learning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiences are designed to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-time opportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.

Program Overview

The Finance Internship Program is an opportunity for early-career finance talent to step into the business and contribute to meaningful work from day one. Over the course of the experience, interns gain hands-on exposure to Kohler's finance organization while building technical skills, business acumen, and leadership confidence. The experience is intentionally designed to feel like a preview of the Finance Leadership Development Program: interns take ownership of real projects, connect with leaders and peers, and explore how finance partners across the business to create impact.
