Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Repair and maintain doors, windows, locks, fixtures, minor appliances, office equipment, and other building components.
• Conduct scheduled inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues before they become larger problems.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance checklists and work assignments.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Report major equipment failures, building concerns, or safety hazards to management.
• Maintain clean, safe, and functional work areas throughout the facility and all Aramark safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with customers, clients, and coworkers.
• Adapt to changing priorities and respond to maintenance requests as needed.
