Job summary

Peraton seeks a Knowledge Manager with Requirement Analysis expertise to support USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD. You will shape information-sharing infrastructure, align processes with DoD/IC standards, and collaborate with analysts to capture evolving requirements.

The role involves coordinating KM-related activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring secure cross-domain data transfers while supporting government laptop and peripheral management.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Minimum 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD.
• Experience in knowledge management concepts and information system requirements development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Align processes and technology to enable seamless information sharing across analysts and organizations within USCYBERCOM J2.
• Leverage databases, CMS, and records management systems to support mission requirements.
• Develop information system requirements aligned with DoD/IC standards.
• Capture and update user and functional system requirements via interviews and reviews.
• Create logical data models and use cases for new applications.
• Interface with users to define problems, assess data, validate requirements, and resolve design issues.
• Manage cross-domain data transfer activities and ensure logging and compliance.
• Track Government laptops, CAC readers, and peripherals for J2 personnel.
• Coordinate KM meetings and maintain requirements documentation.
• Author and maintain Operating Instructions for programs.
