Job summary

Peraton seeks a Knowledge Manager specializing in Requirements Engineering to support USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD. You will bridge customers and IT/KM teams, translating mission needs into actionable requirements and reengineering processes as needed.

Ideal candidates bring TS/SCI with Polygraph, extensive experience in requirements engineering, and strong communication. You will collaborate across KM teams and shape operating instructions for enterprise programs.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MA/MS or 3 years with PhD.
Working knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies, process reengineering, and IC/DoD classification guidelines.
Experience working in a KM team in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Apply requirements management methodologies to align processes with mission needs.
Assist in developing and reengineering processes to close gaps between operations and requirements.
Serve as conduit between J2 customers and IT/KM Requirements Analysts.
Identify customers and suppliers; map and document key processes.
Design, document, and assess new processes with DoD/IC policies.
Plan for new process implementation, including tech changes.
Administer cross- domain data transfer activities and ensure logging/compliance.
Manage Government Laptops, CAC Readers, and peripherals for J2 personnel.
Coordinate KM meetings and update documentation.
Author and maintain Operating Instructions for programs.
