Job summary

CACI seeks a Knowledge Manager to support the full lifecycle of KM and Lessons Learned systems, including data analysis, process improvement, and training. You will drive collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into industry-best practices and oversee development and modernization of KM tools.

The role emphasizes leadership in process design, digital tool integration, and mission-focused performance, working in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

  • Top Secret clearance required.
  • Master's degree in a related field with 3+ years of specialized experience, or Bachelor's with 6+ years, or 10+ years of specialized experience.
  • Minimum of three years of operations coordination experience at O-5 level or higher in DoD contexts.
  • Working knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing and data Architecture.
  • Expert/high competence in MS Office 365 (MS SharePoint).
  • Experience developing and maintaining custom workflows (MS Workflow).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, manage, and support Knowledge Management and Lessons Learned System Tools.
  • Serve as SME on platforms like JLLS, KM SharePoint, and emerging tools to meet information requirements.
  • Analyze operational needs and processes to propose best methodologies and tools.
  • Identify and map operational data flows and corrective action systems.
  • Work with users to define technical scope and objectives related to JLLS integration.
  • Enable visualization of trends by integrating corrective action plans across commands.

Job description

The Opportunity

As a CACI Knowledge Manager, you will support the full range of support for the collection, validation, analysis, documentation, maintenance, and daily operation of a purpose-built enterprise for Knowledge Management and Lessons Learned. You will support the planning, designing and maintaining of Knowledge Management ,after-action review (AAR) sites, knowledge-centric feedback processes, and digital tools. They will facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to gather requirements, operational processes, and metric data for analysis and feasibility studies on command lessons learned (LL) projects and development. You will support in Knowledge Management , translating operational/user requirements into industry best practice processes. You will act as a SME and provide functional user training to improve shared understanding. You will provide process/Joint doctrine integration in the organization to enable visualization of trends and situational awareness. Additionally, you will serve as the lead in development, testing and/or implementation of new, or modernizing existing processes, procedures, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

You will also support the following tasks:

  • Implement, manage, and support, Knowledge Management, Lessons Learned System Tools.
  • Engage as the Subject Matter Expert on selected platforms, to include but not limited to: Joint Lessons Learned System (JLLS), KM SharePoint, and emerging feedback tools as identified to successfully satisfy information requirements.
  • Provide solutions by analyzing operational needs and processes, recommending the best methodologies and tools (from approved platforms).
  • Identify, log, and logically map operational data flows and their respective corrective action systems.
  • Work closely with users and stakeholders to analyze and determine detailed operational requirements, goals, and risks to formulate and define technical scope and objectives of projects as they relate to JLLS integration opportunities.
  • Enable visualization of trends and situational awareness by integrating corrective action plans with adjacent, higher, and subordinate commands.
Qualification

Required:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Knowledge Management experience coordinating Data Warehousing, with an understanding of data Architecture
  • Expert/high competence in the use of Microsoft Office 365 (MS SharePoint)
  • Experience developing and maintaining custom workflows (MS Workflow)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Desired
  • Experience supporting SOF, TSOCs, or Joint SOF organizations.
  • Must be able to work independently, with limited government oversight, and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Capable of implementing Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for information extraction, summarization, and analysis.
  • Competency with Python, SQL, cloud-based platforms, and API integration to create, extract, and manipulate data from relational databases.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
