Job summary

Peraton is looking for a Knowledge Manager to join the USCYBERCOM team in Fort Meade, MD. This role entails managing content, workflow, and user education for the Knowledge Management System, ensuring efficient access and sharing of information.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, along with necessary security clearances. The role offers substantial benefits, including PTO and a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Knowledge Management Specialist.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an SME for Knowledge Management and manages content and workflow.
• Integrates information to facilitate access and sharing with partners.
• Trains front-end users on knowledge management tools.
• Coordinates process improvement initiatives through technology solutions.
• Conducts data analysis to optimize search results and ensure content categorization.
