Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Knowledge Manager, Mid, to organize information and deliver actionable intelligence for clients, including DoD contexts. You will design SharePoint solutions, metadata schemas, and governance to support critical decisions.

The role requires 2+ years administering SharePoint environments, creating workflows, and implementing retention and security controls. TS/SCI with polygraph is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administering SharePoint site collections, libraries, permissions, and access controls.
• Designing and configuring SharePoint workflows for review, approvals, lifecycle processes.
• Developing site architectures, metadata schemas, content types, taxonomies, and navigation.
• Establishing governance and security groups for DoD SharePoint and shared drives.
• Implementing version control, retention policies, and archival procedures.
• Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint Designer 2013, or similar tools.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in knowledge management, or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
