Global Dimensions is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager (Req Engineer) for upcoming opportunities at Fort Meade, MD, near Columbia, MD.

Job Description

The Senior Knowledge Manager (Req Engineer):

1. Assists in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems, and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, retrieval of data, and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
2. Applies requirement management methodologies and best practices to develop or reengineer processes to better align with organizational mission needs and priorities.

Requirements

• TS/SCI security clearance, willingness to undergo CI Poly
• Security+ CE (within six months of hire)
• Experience: Minimum 12 years related to the labor category, with at least part of the experience within the last 2 years
• Education: Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 additional years of related senior experience (total 17 years) as a substitute.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the activities required to meet mission requirements.
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies, with ongoing developments in academia or other fields affecting tradecraft methodology.
• Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches for rigorous assessments.
• In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries, with clear articulation of key findings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor.
