D&G Solutions is seeking a Knowledge Manager to design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 collaboration and knowledge management solutions at Scott AFB, IL. This on-site role requires a Secret clearance and focuses on improving information sharing and decision making across the Command.

You will lead SharePoint governance, customer training, and enterprise workflows with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, and Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience designing, managing, and integrating data across platforms.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand collaboration and knowledge management requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to reuse components and best practices.
• Design and maintain SharePoint sites to improve communication and information sharing.
• Manage user permissions and governance to protect sensitive information.
• Provide training and user support for Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Develop and maintain centralized knowledge repositories and reference materials.
• Establish and enforce content management policies and governance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational standards.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
