The Opportunity

Support USCENTCOM J2 with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis. Conduct analysis and produce intelligence to support counterterrorism, counterinsurgency, regional issues, energy, socio-cultural topics, and collection methodology. Help assess and forecast national security issues relevant to the Department of Defense and USCENTCOM's priorities in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, collect, and maintain geospatial data across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks for USCENTCOM J2.
• Preserve and provide access to foundational geospatial data for mapping and visualization.
• Ensure database functionality for high OPTEMPO operations.
• Maintain geospatial visualization platforms such as ArcMap, ArcPro, Google Earth, QGIS, Palantir Raven, SOCCET GXP, ERDAS, RemoteView.
• Support intelligence analysis by searching various sources and maintaining online repositories.
• Automate geospatial production to support USCENTCOM leadership and analysts.
• Train analysts in modeling, HTML, and programming languages.

Qualifications

Required:

• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
• 5 years of relevant experience and specialized training
• Proficiency in programming languages including HTML
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication skills with senior officials

Desired:

• Experience supporting COCOM or national-level intelligence agencies
• Knowledge of USCENTCOM operations
• Deployment experience in CENTCOM AOR
