Job summary

Strategic Ventures Consulting Group (SVCG) seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to support the MARFORCYBER mission at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on developing SharePoint solutions, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to improve information sharing and decision support.

An active security clearance is required, with the poly within five years preferred. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in knowledge management or related fields, strong analytical skills, and experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Knowledge Management, cybersecurity, data analysis, or related technical field.
• Active TS/SCI/CI Poly clearance; poly must be within 5 years.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and knowledge management solutions.
• Build and enhance workflows and applications using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports that improve visibility and support operational decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop practical technology solutions.
• Improve and automate business processes, information sharing, and data accessibility.
• Support SharePoint administration, permissions, troubleshooting, and site maintenance.
• Maintain documentation for applications, workflows, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure solutions meet DoD cybersecurity, information management, and MARFORCYBER requirements.

Strategic Ventures Consulting Group (SVCG) is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support our team onsite at Fort Meade, MD. This position will develop and enhance collaborative tools and business solutions that improve information sharing, workflow efficiency, and mission support across MARFORCYBER.

*For this opportunity, SVCG is open to developing the right candidate. Cyber analysts and other technically minded professionals with an interest in Knowledge Management, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform are encouraged to apply. Training can be provided for candidates with the aptitude and willingness to learn. (However, an active security clearance is still required.)

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in Knowledge Management, cybersecurity, data analysis, SharePoint, or a related technical field


• Active TS/SCI/CI Poly security clearance required - Poly must be within 5 years


• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar tools


• Strong technical aptitude with an interest in learning Knowledge Management practices and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities


• Ability to understand operational requirements and develop practical solutions


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting military or DoD cyber organizations (MARFORCYBER experience highly desirable)


• ITIL or Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure


• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
