Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to lead KM initiatives for government clients, focusing on improving organizational processes and knowledge sharing. You will shape and implement KM strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and evaluate new technologies to increase efficiency and decision support across mission-critical programs.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience implementing knowledge management strategies.
Experience with clients to understand issues, needs, missions, and future direction.
Experience building, managing, and directing a knowledge management plan.
Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and reporting for a large organization.
Experience with SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office365 (administration and development).
Experience with stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering to identify KM, communications, and process challenges.
Experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to improve learning and productivity.
Experience leveraging Power Platform to develop automated workflows.

Responsibilities
