The Knowledge Management Specialist / Waterfront Representative supports organizational readiness by strengthening knowledge management practices and ship maintenance information flow. This role combinesexpertisein knowledge management and change management with a strong understanding of surface ship maintenance policies and depot maintenance availability. The selected candidate will help ensure critical information is accessible,accurate, and effectively used to preserve material readiness and support planning and execution across Surface Fleet stakeholders.

Expected salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
