Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking mission‑oriented Knowledge Management specialists to support planning, development, execution and analysis of full spectrum cyber operations. This person will independently develop executive level briefings and documents for senior client leadership.

Responsibilities include maintaining content on client portals, creating responses to RFIs, managing records, organizing data structures, and developing performance measures to track progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• 3 years of experience with knowledge management.
• Experience drafting formal military correspondence such as Memorandums, Policy Letters and formal executive level communication.

Responsibilities

• Post, edit, distribute, and maintain content on client portals.
• Develop and maintain a repeatable process for responses to official questions through RFIs.
• Manage, create and maintain records per client policies.
• Organize data and security groups, establish file structures for access by user groups.
• Develop TTPs for information flow and exercise coordination.
