Develop and implement strategies, systems, and processes that capture, organize, share, and leverage institutional and program- related knowledge across the organization. Independently make decisions and identify continuous improvement opportunities and innovations by ensuring critical information is accessible and effectively used by employees. Consult technical and management personnel at all levels of the organization to add new work and close program requirements per the direction of the client or customer. Deliver program-level training and mentor program leads on program requirements processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with database maintenance and data tracking and analysis
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with data entry, database management, and reporting, or Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience with data entry, database management, and reporting
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with the Intelligence Community ( IC ) , Department of Defense ( DoD ) , or FEDSIM programs
Experience adding new work to a contract and supporting contract modifications or with business processes and workflows to track program requirement requests
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms with multiple stakeholders
Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred ; Master’s degree in Business Management a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
