Job summary

Air Combat Command in the United States seeks a records and information governance program manager to oversee the FOIA, RM, Privacy and Civil Liberties programs and the organization\'s content management initiatives. The role includes coordinating knowledge management training for installation personnel and ensuring proper records handling.

The position emphasizes safeguarding records, coordinating with accreditation standards, and supervising the base records staging area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the FOIA Program.
• Manages the installation's Records Management (RM) and Information Governance Program: Administers the organization's RM program to align with the agency's business and mission needs.
• Manage the installation Privacy and Civil Liberties Program.
• Knowledge Management training program: Establishes and conducts formal and/or informal training for installation personnel on maintenance of records, inventories, electronic records management, and any other area of records management deemed necessary.
• Publications and Forms Management (PM/FM).
• Manages the operation of the base records staging area and centralized destruction facility.
• Content Management.
• Conducts Staff Assistance Visits/Inspections.
