Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a business process specialist to analyze client operations and identify improvements across all functions, from governance to execution.

You will lead workshops, design data collection plans, and present findings to senior leaders, enabling data-driven decisions and strengthening AI governance and cross‑functional modernization. This role emphasizes collaboration with DoD/IC partners and requires clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by creating a knowledge management framework, including designing processes and protocol for storing, accessing, and updating information
• Experience leading and directing various teams to achieve high-performance outcomes with DoD or IC agencies
• Experience leading process improvement and modernization efforts to enhance governance, optimize business functions, improve AI capabilities, and promote collaboration
• Experience developing and delivering executive-level communications, including briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans, to inform senior leadership decisions
• Knowledge of business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to provide senior program and project management support, including assisting with developing strategic plans, policies, SOPs, and organizational performance metrics in a manner that enhances organizational efficiency, reduces time spent searching for information, and supports data-driven decision-making
• Ability to lead organizational engagement, facilitating meetings and data working groups, representing the directorate to IC and DoD partners, and providing actionable insights through metrics analysis and performance assessments
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a Business or Management field and 3+years of experience in a program management, all-source or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis role, or 7+ years of experience in a program management, all-source or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis role in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Analyze client operating environments and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and facilitate workshops with leadership and development teams to refine success metrics and address frustrations
• Provide recommendations using quantitative and qualitative analysis, communicating results to stakeholders
• Support AI governance efforts and drive process modernization across functions
• Develop and deliver executive communications, briefings, and strategic plans for senior leadership
