Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Knowledge Manager and digital transformation professional to modernize information tracking, data processes, and system efficiencies. You’ll work with multinational partners to advance the U.S. Pacific Air Forces mission, applying SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, Maven, and Microsoft Project to deliver timely solutions.

You will collaborate across teams to meet project deliverables, learn new tools, and grow with the team to provide the best support for our customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture.
• Experience with SharePoint 2013, 2016, or 2019, Subscription Edition, and O365, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists, and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions
• Experience managing distribution groups, security groups, and permissions
• Experience using and building PowerApps, and implementing Power Automate for tasks
• Knowledge of site architecture and the differences between sites in SharePoint O365 such as Hub Sites, Team Sites, and Communication Sites
• Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user’s needs and requirements, and recommend actionable solutions
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of KM solutions experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years KM solutions experience

Responsibilities

• Modernize how we track and manage information and create efficiency with multinational partners.
• Engage with multinational partners to execute U.S. Pacific Air Forces mission using improved methods and best practices.
• Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Maven and Project to streamline execution.
• Coordinate and drive project deliverables to meet timelines.
• Growth mindset: learn new tools and collaborate as a team to deliver the best solutions.
