Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to lead enterprise KM design, governance, and knowledge sharing across analyst teams and partners. You’ll drive AI-enabled insights, standardize workflows, and bridge data, tech, and end users to improve decision support.

The role requires 5+ years in KM or 10+ years with no degree, a Bachelor's in a relevant field, TS/SCI clearance, and experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Palantir Foundry/Gotham, Tableau, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in Knowledge Management.

Experience with information governance and data integration.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable KM frameworks across teams.
Evaluate workflows to enhance governance and AI integration.
Develop executive communications and roadmaps for leadership.
Author SOPs, policies, and strategic plans.
Establish metrics to reduce search time and boost efficiency.
Administer content across SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
Collaborate with data engineers to align KM with enterprise data platforms such as Palantir Foundry and Tableau.
