Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable KM frameworks for capturing and maintaining knowledge assets.
• Evaluate workflows to enhance governance and integrate AI/collaborative tech.
• Develop executive communications and strategic roadmaps for senior leadership.
• Author and maintain SOPs, policies and strategic plans.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to quantify efficiency gains.
• Administer content across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and collaboration suites.
• Collaborate with data engineers to align KM with data platforms like Palantir/Tableau.
