Our Knowledge team is seeking a Knowledge Management and Research Leader with expertise in knowledge management and implementing knowledge management systems. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely within the United States.

The Knowledge Management and Research Leader will manage, capture, share, and access knowledge assets, working with stakeholders to optimize organizational knowledge use. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, coaching, and teamwork skills to promote a culture of knowledge sharing. Proficiency in knowledge base features and the ability to explain them to teams are essential. This is a fast-paced environment requiring quick identification of ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish goals, objectives, and KPIs for knowledge initiatives.
• Provide consulting and services to meet firm needs related to KM.
• Build relationships with client-facing leaders to enhance productivity and revenue.
• Create frameworks for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge.
• Design templates and processes for consistent knowledge capture.
• Oversee the company intranet, ensuring information is current, accurate, and user-friendly.
• Evaluate, select, test, and promote information resources.
• Negotiate and manage site licenses for electronic information and other sources for capturing client profile data.
• Integrate KM practices into project lifecycles.
• Guide stakeholders to align KM initiatives with strategic goals.
• Implement training programs on KM tools and best practices.
• Monitor and improve KM initiatives using KPIs and feedback.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in knowledge management, library science, or information management.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing KM systems.
• Success in strategies that enhanced organizational performance.
• Experience working in hybrid and dispersed environments.
• Strong understanding of KM principles and best practices.
• Customer service orientation.
• Experience with KM technologies and emerging tools like AI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Library Science, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
• Knowledge management certification is a plus.
