Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with knowledge graphs, RDF, SPARQL and semantic tech.
• 5+ years mapping relational data into graph models using R2RML or similar.
• 5+ years with graph databases and full-text search tools.
• 5+ years relational database design, indexing, and query optimization.
• 5+ years deploying vector databases in production.
• 5+ years Python or Java for automation and REST API design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Hydrate data into Knowledge Graphs by mapping sources to ontology models.
• Develop data mapping and transformation workflows using R2RML or similar.
• Write and optimize SPARQL queries for graph loading, validation, and retrieval.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from enterprise systems.
• Design and optimize relational schemas and queries to support graph hydration and ETL.
• Deploy and maintain vector database infrastructure for embedding storage and retrieval.
• Design scalable graph query APIs consumed by internal teams.
• Performance-tune graph queries, indexing, and data access patterns.
• Own containerization, deployment, and monitoring of graph services in cloud.
• Ensure data quality, ontology alignment, and secure handling of PII/PHI.
